Purchases of Project Vernon products

Welcome to the Project Vernon e-store, now with secure, online payments!

Project-related products and merchandising are an effective and popular way for the campaign to raise funds. Over the coming months, we will be introducing a range of items to allow supporters to make a significant contribution towards the capital costs incurred whilst purchasing a lasting reminder of the monument.

Please see the tabs at left for the items of interest to you.

Throughout, we will be keeping to the scenario and the heritage that the monument depicts:

"in the late 1970's, a clearance diver is on the seabed at 40 metres, using CDBA 40-60 mixture-gas breathing apparatus, dealing with a Mark 17L moored mine. He is attaching a demolition charge made up of 14oz blocks, connected by Cordtex, ready for later detonation.
Previous disposal attempts using minesweeping devices and other countermeasures equipment complicate his approach to the aged but still-hazardous weapon: its switch-style horns protrude menacingly, each connected to the 500lbs of explosives within the corroded casing.
The stream of bubbles rises lazily to the surface where the diver has forced out excess gas from his counterlung, to ensure that he doesn't rise up too close against the mine
".
